Shelley Burns

Shelley was born, raised and educated in Brisbane and has worked in Brisbane and the UK with Coopers & Lybrand, Grant Thornton and in industry.

Shelley was the founding member of the firm, which she started after carrying out an assignment in a Family Court matter and was concerned to observe the disastrous impact that a badly managed divorce can have on peoples’ lives.

John Whittle

John was born, raised and educated in the UK and has worked for most of his professional life for Arthur Young and Coopers & Lybrand. John’s training and background is as an economist and accountant and he has worked extensively in financial reporting and finance director positions.

John’s interest is in utilizing dispute resolution methods in the family law arena, applying commercial acumen and skills rather than legal argument to resolve disputes between divorcing parties.
